Deposit required: one half of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Money is refundable only if property is re-rented, minus a 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is useable towards a future reservation.
